Why did you choose to establish yourselves at Harestua?
- We had an intention to establish a new shop, and the opportunity arose in connection with the establishment of Harestua Torg here at Harestua. This was an opportunity we did not want to miss, considering that the availability of local premises was limited and was allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Since we already have an established shop at Brandbu, our wish was to expand our catchment area and reach a new region. This strategic location gives us a unique opportunity to serve an entirely new customer group, located on the other side of the toll barrier in Gran, says managing director Guro Olerud.
What is the best thing about running a business at Harestua?
- We have been positively received here. People feel the need for and want to have this service here. They appreciate not having to travel far to get access to eye tests and adjustment of their prescription. The local optician has been well received.
